1 ★No choice to change payment method when completing an order. Accidentally closed the app and can't recover order status.
5 ★Convenient. Fast. Has a lot of options. And it tells you exactly what you pay for. The only issues are from the restaurants' perspective, sometimes not disclosing if an item is a dish or not, etc. Not the app's fault whatsoever, just be careful of the stores, there's a few that bump their prices for orders compared to in-store purchases. I've more frequently seen this happen to stores that don't include delivery fees.
5 ★Very easy to choose what to pick as everything is categorised and explained.
2 ★The app is great, but many times I've ordered, the order either comes late then the recommend time or items are missing, also they accept your order and then call you 5 mins later to say they don't have the item, why accept the order in the first place. Plus efood use to give you a discount coupon if you have any issues, this has stopped now and I've not had any for a while, but still seem to have the same issues for the pass 3 years.
1 ★I put in an order and while I was trying to see the delivery status and how long I ago I had placed the order, the app replicated the order on its own and charged me automatically for the same order but at a higher price. The issue was resolved and I eventually got my money back, but it should not be able to make orders on its own, and the app should be easier to use. If I could I would put 0 stars.
1 ★My experience with efood so far is this: 1) Extensive, repeative, annoying, advertisement, 2) Read articles that businesses are forced by the platform to make offers so it appears attractive, 3) Recent publicity about trying to avoid basic labor obligations, 4) Personal opinion that any monopoly or oligopoly is always bad for the end customer. Prices go sky high and this is food we are talking. Like if it wasn't an expensive food market already. Thankfully I can still order by calling the smart.
5 ★Amazing app easy food for reasonable prices
5 ★Great app and user friendly! I would highly appreciate it if we had an option to put stores in some kind of (personal, private) "Dislike List" in order to avoid ordering from those in the future. It can be somewhat frustrating having to remember what stores I don't like the food from.
4 ★Its an excellent app to use for food delivery in Greece. Lanuage settings are not too difficult to find and once you do most things are clear, some item descriptions are still in greek. Nothing google translate can't fix. I wish there was live visual tracking of your order in the app but your order will get to you. Drivers are very talented on their mopeds and are kind. Its a great way to taste greece during a pandemic.
2 ★As an app is very good but lately it keeps freezing and does not open the stores. Even if I restart the app several times it does not open after address selection or after I choose a shop. Sometimes the problem is fixed if I turn the data off and on again. Please fix this problem because it happens more and more often.
5 ★Provides quite competitive offers for all type of food, as well as constant lotteries of up to 10 EUR discount. I have been personally using the second option for almost a decade, on an average frequency the 3 times per week. The good parts, I really feel I am buying food at reasonable price, while never created the smallest of an issue in terms of delivery and order accuracy. Fair enough! I would just wish for better a quality on the restaurants involved in the lotteries so that would be 10/10.
