Touch Heart Meter to Open Large Meter on bottom
of the screen. Touch Flashing Icon to close large meter
The Heart60 Meter tracks your progress to 60 minutes
of heart activity per day. Get credit for each minute your
heart rate is 90 BPM or greater. To set the minimum BPM,
On the Mobile App, Select More Settings - Heart Activity Rate,
Select Minimum BPM from 90 to 120 BPM.
Steps Counter
Steps Counter Requires Physical Activity Permission.
Icon changes colors from Red to Green with progress to
keep you motivated.
Steps Meter tracks your progress to 10000 steps
per day.
Water Drink Reminder with Consumption Meter
Set Hours for Blinking Icon Reminder to
drink water. Touch Water Icon to Stop Flashing.
Each touch adds 4 Ounce Increment to Water Consumed
Water Meter tracks your progress to 64 ounces of
water consumption per day.
Run your Favorite Wear OS Apps from the Watch face
Screen. You can Select 0 to 12 Apps. Four show at
a time. Touch the > Right Arrow Button to cycle
through the icons. To Add and Arrange the Apps,
on Mobile App Select Wear Apps.
