Description

How many times have you said "OK Google" only to have Google Assistant respond with silence or in such a soft voice you couldn't hear it?

Never again!

Volume Control for Google Assistant lets you set the volume level of Google Assistant separately from your phone's volume. That means Assistant will respond in whatever level you choose, even if your phone volume is low or on silent!

Simply allow the app access through Accessibility and set the options as you like. That's it! Next time you use Google Assistant it will use your volume settings.

Volume Control doesn't require any permissions other than Accessibility turned on and it saves no data about you.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★Does not work with Pixel 3
2 ★Works some of the time.
1 ★Not working anymore!
1 ★doesnt work anymore
5 ★I should always remember that there's an app for that. I've been annoyedforever that my media volume has to be up for me to hear Google assistantsresponses to my queries. Now, I can have my media volume off or low but Ican always hear Google's response. Simple but perfect app!
3 ★Volume for Google Assistant not consistent when playing on car Bluetooth.Volume still low. Starts a bit higher and then the volume drops down againaccessing Google Assistant again. Using Android Auto over car Bluetooth andcan't hear the assistant even through the main media volume is max. Pleaeseadvise.
5 ★Great app but I think the volume does not reset to normal after assistant is closed. Ie my media volume would normally be at 50% but if assistant opens the assistant voice would be 100% which is what I wanted. After closing the assistant my media volume would be at 100% instead of 50%.
5 ★Whenever I use the Google searchbar on my Pixel launcher, the volumechanges to the setting I have set for the Assistant and it happens wheneverI'm using headphones too, even though I disabled the option for that.
5 ★You have no idea how much I needed this app. Thank you.
2 ★Its not working with my smart bluetooth speaker, help.
5 ★I had to put my ear directly to the phone & it was like a whisper, especially when driving. I'm so thankful that someone suggested your app onReddit. Thank you!
2 ★Doesn't work anymore at least not for me. OnePlus 3T
