5 ★It works flawlessly. I'm on my 6th year using it.

3 ★Needs better instructions. I finally set one up only to realize that's not at all how they want you to do it. I also figured out the correct way. The key is to add the exercises/workout first. Once you put them in there one by one, you can link them. You're able to edit the first one. To edit the others, go back and select that exercise. Then you'll be able to edit it too. However, my first one is the default exercise with several inserts until I had the workout I want. I liked that better.

1 ★Latest update caused phone to crash/hang... I think it was the ADs it was trying to "inject" into the PAID version that was not supposed to have ads. Deleted it - Don't recommend it.

4 ★good detail linking workouts. Little bug where the app quits, but reliable bug, so the workaround is to put the workout atop the list. New detail: A large number of my workouts were destroyed when I changed phones. That was a blow. The timers remain, but the painstaking work putting text cues in was obliterated. UGH.

5 ★Takes a little while to get used to, but well worth the wait. I've had the free app for years and use it to run my boxing and kickboxing classes plus for my own training. I upgraded to the paid app so it would operate in the background as I go from app to app as needed. Would 100% recommend. Recently the timer had stopped displaying on the screen, so i emailed the supplied email address. They were back onto me within a few hours, with a fix. Turns out I'd reduced the font size by accident 🤦
