Nubhora Enterprise, es la extensión móvil del sistema de gestión horaria Qtempo. Esta aplicación permite, a empleados y directores de departamento, disponer de acceso a toda la información relevante en su móvil en función de su rol:Empleado :
• Acceso a calendario, horarios y jornadas.
• Consulta de cumplimiento horario
• Consulta de marcajes
• Solicitud y consulta de ausencias, vacaciones, etc
• Entrada de Marcajes e incidencias desde el móvil, con registro de ubicación física.
• Consulta de avisos de sus responsables.
Director departamento :
• Acceso a información horaria de su equipo. (Calendarios, horarios, jornadas, cumplimientos…)
• Panel visual de presentes y ausentes.
• Acceso a información de contacto de su equipo.
• Consulta de solicitudes de ausencias, con posibilidad de autorizar o denegar.
• Panel de cuadrante diario y semanal de su equipo.
