2 ★The most recent update has changed something and now the app (even while closed) is consistently taking up to 60% of my battery within 6/7 hours! and this is still after notifications for the app have been turned off!! "performance improvements" don't make me laugh!

1 ★VERY POOR APP. CANNOT WATCH ALERT RECORDINGS IN FULL SCREEN WITHOUT HAVING TO VIEW IT THROUGH DROPBOX. THERE IS NO CAMERA SCREEN ENHANCEMENT ADJUSTMENT E.G. BRIGHTNESS ECT. YOU CANNOT SAVE RECORDINGS DIRECTLY FROM SD CARD. VERY POOR - MUCH TOO BASIC. THE PRODUCERS OF THIS APP SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT SOME OF THEIR LESS EXPENSIVE COMPETITORS APPS TO SEE WHAT REALLY CAN BE DONE IF THE WILL IS THERE.

2 ★Does not connect to house system as described. Do not record even with an SD card in the slot and doesn't let me log in sometimes saying to many other users in the system when it's only me! No reply from the help team!!

2 ★this app doesn't allow to select exact time frame for playback which is a big downside. Developer can you please add this feature on as it is very annoying to search time from midnight to midnight rather than let's say 2 hours time frame or whatever this might be thank you.

2 ★it keeps telling "too many users are accessing the camera".....pretty sure I'm the only one with a password so that's worrying. and I can't see anything through the camera! not good

1 ★Absolutely garbage app and hardware, continually fails to connect to IP camera, multiple resets and reinstall to get a connection and then only wired, will not make a WiFi connection. When it finally connects to cam it chews through the phone battery like a rabid dog

2 ★connects to the camera when it feels like it, most of the time you just watch the wheel go round saying connecting then time out, super fast Wi-Fi and strong signal, I have little confidence to be honest.

1 ★cant get the camera to opertate it keeps asking for the qr code and says its invalid but it was on the camera and the paperwork. so have a unworkable camera just aout to take it back to supplier that ewas b and m

1 ★It was working great. After firmware update it will not work at all. So frustrating. Nightmare to set up. The instructions are useless. Off to get a refund. It's not fit for purpose.

1 ★Poor poor poor ...can't play back most of the time .says no vidio to play when their is ..can't format memory card remotely...quite good live vidio when it opens .I have 5 camera's and a poor poor investment I made ..don't buy if you want to see play backs remotely ..shame on yale .

1 ★Bought it as it states it is alexa enabled. It isnt. It also will not allow me to login over the web using my pc. Although i use the user name and password that is working on my phone. No user support available.
