5 ★I am using this app since 2015 and taking it with me on trips and houses as for work need to move very often abroad. To do it very easily I connect the camera with a RJ45 cable (netwok cable) to the router and there is not need for settings (only the first time). Checking on the phone anytime and always works. Excellent.

3 ★I took 15min to setup via wireless and it's bad the lack of information. Cameras are good (1080p) but not the software, at all. You should improve it asap or say goodbye to your brand in a middle-term. This is my opinion

1 ★Impossible to use this...avoid buying any camera from conceptronics

1 ★Won't find my camera regardless what I click or type into the (obscurely named) boxes. Camera works fine in my browser and in the Windows app so must be a problem with this.
