L'application Pan Metron complète le livre «Gardez la ligne!», publié par le magazine Bon à Savoir (septembre 2018).En se fondant sur système synoptique Pan Metron (association du score SAIN/LIM et de la valeur calorique), cette application permet d'évaluer en un coup d'œil la qualité nutritionnelle et énergétique de quelque 2400 aliments.
Une fiche pour chacun d'entre eux, avec la couleur globale (du vert foncé au rouge) et les informations principales sur les nutriments qu'ils contiennent (lipides, acides gras saturés, glucides, sucres, protéines, sels, calcium, fer, vitamines, cholestétol, etc.).
Par défaut, les valeurs sont données pour 100 g, mais le poids peut être modifié.
La sélection de l'aliment désiré se fait soit par index, soir par moteur de recherche.
L'application, peut être consultée hors connexion, notamment au restaurant ou dans un magasin.
