Nijmegen is de oudste stad van Nederland en is mede hierdoor ook een bijzondere stad. Tijdens de wandeling van 4,2 kilometer leidt Veelzijdig Nijmegen je langs veel bezienswaardigheden, met gebouwen nog stammend uit de romaanse tijd tot aan nog prille nieuwbouw. Je komt onder andere langs een bijzondere kerk, kunt verschillende musea bezoeken of juist even de rust opzoeken in de verschillende parken die Nijmegen rijk is. De vele terrasjes maken een bezoek aan 'Noviomagus' nog eens extra aangenaam. Of het nu beneden langs de Waal is of boven op de Grote Markt.Hoewel je op een willekeurig punt deze wandeling door Nijmegen kunt beginnen, kun je in de app kiezen uit een aantal vooraf gedefinieerde instappunten. Eén van de instappunten is op het Quackplein, nabij het Centraal Station (http://www.WalktheCity.eu/Veelzijdig-Nijmegen/CS).
