Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Unified Practice’s customer service and software quality have severely declined. Their Android support is poor, with frequent app malfunctions. I was locked out due to an unsupported iPad update with no warning, forcing me to buy a new device. Unified Pay has caused multiple issues, including hidden fees and incorrect charges, resulting in loosing patients. Despite closing my account, I’m still paying for 9 months of unused service. Extremely disappointed and recommend avoiding at all costs.
3 ★Useless app. Whenever I use it, it has so many problems.
2 ★Every second or third time I use this app I have to close and reopen it because I can't see my appointments. It's glitchy and buggy. Plus when I have time blocked out, it should be a different color block than my patient appointments. This is basic and would make my life a million times easier.
1 ★A colleague asked me if I would recommend this program. No. I would not, thought I would share here. They update their program, obviously don't test it before going live. Then asked me to send them screenshots of the messups. At this point, around 30 pics in. No issues are resolved. Last time this happened, it took 13 months to semi fix the problem that their update from 2021 had lead to. Super unimpressed. Their charting works ok, and billing through Office Ally is good too. To be honest.
1 ★The app is horrible on android phones
2 ★I don't understand stand why in 2024 that the Android version isn't nearly up to date or sophisticated as iPhone version? They've had years now to improve this. All I can do is schedule on Android and need to use my computer for all other features. Why???
1 ★I can't even open the app anymore on my Pixel phone. I realize that they have made things more iPad/Apple based, but come on! I just want basic functionality.
1 ★Buggy and broken (again) It was completely unusable as others have stated. This lasted for about 5 months, then they finally decided to fix it. The fix lasted for 1 week. Now completely unusable again. The problem is the calendar doesn't show any appointments at all, for any date. And if you try to add an appointment, you can't select the time as it's greyed out. Unbelievable.
1 ★It has been crashing a lot lately to a point that I think this app is abandoned.
3 ★Worked pretty good until recently. Now it keeps crashing everytime I try to add an appointment. If this gets fixed I would definitely give it a 5 start.
