Description

Haiku provides authorized clinical users of Epic’s Electronic Health Record with secure access to clinic schedules, hospital patient lists, health summaries, test results and notes. Haiku also supports In Basket access and the ability to place and receive voice calls for care team collaboration.

Your organization needs to license Haiku and will determine the exact feature set and any applicable charges for your use of Haiku. If you are unsure whether you can use Haiku, please contact your administrative staff.

1 ★useless for android. great for iphone. too bad I don't have an iPhone.

3 ★Very basic chart review. Lacks a lot of functionality including ability to see consults, ability to search note/chart, jot function, sticky note, etc.

2 ★No matter what settings I change, I am not getting my notifications. This was never an issue when I was using it on an iPhone.

1 ★What happened to the search button?!!! No longer shows up. Disappointed

1 ★Frustrating you can't permanently unblind your password, and that you're asked to okay notifications every single login. The VoIP phone out feature is interesting, but has some major issues. First, the app kicks you out in the middle of calls, which is ridiculous. Sometimes the call goes dead and sometimes not. Also, when making multiple calls in succession, the audio switches from my headset to the phone and has to be reset a lot. 11.3 no VOIP at all.

1 ★It won't let me choose my environment or log in. Basically useless.

4 ★Thanks for adding the ability to enter orders - although sometimes the app crashes when going to order It will be excellent if writing notes can be done and simplified through the app

3 ★Edit again.... When will the Haiku for Android update that allows Androids to place orders be released? Last mention was February. If so, when in February should we anticipate the update? This app needs to be more functional! As a provider, we need the ability to order and use the app for more than a patient information viewer. PLEASE update it to be more functional! EDIT to repeat... NEEDS ORDERING FUNCTIONALITY!
