Untuk mengaktifkan aplikasi ini, saat melakukan registrasi pengguna aplikasi diwajibkan melampirkan foto hasil laboratorium atau surat keterangan dokter (sebagai penegakkan diagnosis) untuk mendapatkan user name dan password yang dikirimkan melalui sms setelah pendaftarannya disetujui oleh pihak Admin.
Indonesian Hemophilia Society akan menjamin setiap data yang masuk. Karena data ini bersifat sangat rahasia dan tidak akan dipublikasikan/di sebar luaskan ke pihak manapun.
