5 ★Love this app, especially during this pandemic period. Easy to use, good price, on time delivery, fresh product. Maybe it can be improved on the speed. For me it's a bit slow at the first time opening the app and the order tracking is not real time.
2 ★Used to love sayurbox and had a pleasant experience using their service for 2 years. Now it's very inconvenient and such a hassle. Tried to purchase oranges but no matter what only can purchased up to 3 (and this is during normal price and not promo price). Complained to CS and still unavailable to purchase more than 3. Some CS replied like robots and often never read the email completely and made mistakes replying.
3 ★Actually sayurbox is so good in business and product quality. But the application has too many bugs especially in location and delivery time settings. Even it throws exceptions when i try to pick delivery time. Hope you fix it asap.

5 ★I've been using Sayurbox for almost 2 years, so far the product is ok, there are several times the vegetable is not fresh, but it's rare. I have input related to DELIVERY, it will be good if the application provides a LOCATION MAP menu, so that drivers can send faster and don't get lost anywhere. Today I got a lost driver for 1 hour. Pity the driver. Please consider this idea, so that in the future it is more time efficient.
1 ★This app is truly disappointing, my order was supposed to arrive at 1pm max, but it never came. After I decided to call the support, it turns out my order was delivered to the wrong address, it was rectified and I got my vegetables back at last, but the tomato is suspiciously slimy. I asked for a refund but the customer service is literally not replying. Horrifying experience, do not trust this app.
