Description
Important NoticeTV Show Favs will be shutting down on June 26, 2021. On this date the app will no longer be able to connect and will no longer be usable. If you have an active subscription it will be canceled on this date.
If you would like to export your data out of TV Show Favs, there are two ways in which you can do so. The first way is to use the Data export feature located under the Account section in the app's Settings. This will export your data to a .json file. The other way is to export your data to Trakt. This feature is located under the Trakt Sync section in the app's Settings.
I want to thank everyone for supporting TV Show Favs over the last 10+ years. The reality is that I no longer have time to develop, maintain and support the app and now is the time to shut it down with the many alternatives out there. Thanks again!

4 ★Episodes are not updating timely. Used to be a great app. But there appears to have been a serious decline. Will rerate if app begins working appropriately again Edited: Almost the next day after this review was posted, all of my shows updated.
3 ★Today seems to be error comes up unable to load shows and also come up unable to sync data.
1 ★I've been using this app for a couple years now, but recently I've noticed a decline.. Many of my shows are not updated, missing episodes. I really like the format so I hope they step up their game. It wasn't this bad before
3 ★I just got this app today. I downloaded it just to watch iCarly season 4 (its rare to find). It wasnt letting me watch the show though i clicked on a episode and saw no watch button. Can you please let me know if there is a watch button and where it is? Otherwise that problem app seems good so far
3 ★Have been using the app for years...it's by far the best app for tracking shows you like as well as finding new shows to binge. Used to be a 5* for sure. After latest update the app crashes every time I try to view my to do list. This is the primary function I've used the app for so now it's useless to me untill they fix it. Please pull back the update.
5 ★I freakin' love this app. It's 2019 and I have a trillion tastes, and luckily we're in the golden age of television so I obsessively need to watch a trillion things. I have so much ongoing that I wouldn't be able to keep up with if it weren't for this app. I look forward to checking off (in the widget) each episode I've watched. Go with the dark theme. It's gorgeous.
1 ★Was really good at first now there are too many adds and episodes are not updated. Will show that episodes are not on when they are. Will be going with a different app.
4 ★Update: developer replied, issue sorted. Settings were just in a different place. Really disappointed that the widget now only seems to display recent episodes for the last seven days, which you used to be able to set to up to a month. The recent episodes list on the widget was by far the most useful feature for me. Such a small change has limited the usefulness of this app so much.
2 ★New design is terrible. It is now not clear which date we're at, and what shows have aired. There used to be a clear divider (past dates in grey background, future dates in white). Also, the ads are really in the way with the user experience, it's super annoying. Finally, it seems that the best feature is gone: I used to be able to click on the episode from the to do list and that would take me the show's page and allow to scroll between all seasons and episodes. Please bring it back!
5 ★Don't go please! We need this app! Our family is constantly going and doing and we get so behind in our shows and this app is the only way we know what we need to watch! Please don't go! PLEASE!
5 ★Love this app. Have used it for a very very long time and has never failed me. Keeps an ongoing list of all my shows. Have even found some new shows due to this app. Let's me know when new seasons are about to start and if anything is ready to watch. The app is feature packed too. Can make list, tags, filters, hide, etc. Developer did a very good job and continues to update.. Also no issues with the latest update for me. The design and format is nice.
1 ★This used to be a fantastic app. The core of the app still is fantastic. The last update however has added terrible adverts and is frankly a deal breaker. There should be no reason to have an advert that you can't close for 5 - 30 seconds every few selections of the app. This is really bad. I have to force close the app to get out of it. Adverts are fair enough but not the intrusive kind these app owners have decided on.
