This is the official app for Vancouver’s Best Car Share! Evo is car sharing made for you. It gets you from here to there with room for your friends - gas, insurance, parking and unlimited kms included. Plus, we’ve added e-bikes! The Evo app is your key to everything. Just reserve, unlock and hit the road. Yep, its that easy.The app lets you:
• Sign up for car and e-bike sharing (you will need your driver’s licence and a credit card to join)
• Find a vehicle 24/7 by checking out the real-time map
• Make or cancel reservations (you can reserve a car up to 30 min in advance or 5 min in advance for e-bikes, all for free) or use Evo Return to make round-trip bookings up to 30 days in advance
• Start, pause, and end trips with the click of a button, or use our handy QR code to start your e-bike trip
• See how much time is left before your reservation expires with the countdown timer
• View all available vehicles on the map or view them in a list
• View vehicle info including location, fuel/charge level, licence plate, and distance from you

We’ve gone keyless in this release! You’ll notice some Evos will no longer have key fobs, allowing you instead to connect via Bluetooth to pause/resume trips. Download Evo APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (com.vulog.android.carsharing.vancouver-v9.9.0-ApkClean.apk)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.

2 ★I really like Evo but the app needs some work. Load time is way too long more often than not. I also usually get a 60 second countdown that I have to wait on the screen, while the app tries to connect, usually ending with me losing the car I was trying to reserve. This is a recent issue which keeps happening in the last month or so
1 ★Good service and idea but the app is horrendous. It shows cars that dont exist, booked cars disappear off the map, it shows cars in the ocean, cars drop off network, cars show at the wrong address. I've also had the app fail to end my journey and keep charging me for days. The app also likes to periodically forget my login details. If you have another option, use that instead!
1 ★Update in February 2020-ive been leaving reviews here for two years that this app is slow, crashes regularly, logs you out during the reservation process, shows cars on the map that are already reserved...the list goes on. Literally all of these things are still happening except now you get a "please wait while we connect" countdown while the car you're trying to reserve disappears. Just happened to me right now. Evo is "working on it" apparently. Yeah, ok.... Borderline useless
1 ★I dont write reviews but I had to on this. Ive had the service for over a year and its pointless to use given how unreliable it is. The amount of times i book a car, walk over to the location to see no car is insane. End trip and rebook the same car? Its 3 blocks away now. Head to the new location? Yup, its not there. Again. This has made me late for things more times than not and theyve made little to no improvement to the service. Theres so many bugs but i only get 500 characters to write this
2 ★I have to open the app, close it, and then open it again for it to show me cars on the map, and even then the text on screen only appears on the left half of the screen. This app is a nightmare, but not completely unusable. The one I don't understand is how this app hasn't been fixed yet. It's been one thing or another for so long. Just pay an app development company to completely re do this maybe?
2 ★I use Evo way too often, but the app is terrible. It crashes all of the time, tells you it can't end your trip (although it has ended) and the radars have never alerted me when a car is within radius. I have to close the app and reopen to see if I have successfully booked the car or not. Have used this app on both iPhone and Google pixel and both equally as awful. The customer service and actual concept is great though!
2 ★Possibly the most inconvenient convenience. If you need to use it you need to use it and no review is going to turn you off of it but I have booked cars that have been in an impound lot, been stuck walking from car to car in downtown at 3am because they are all locked in an underground car park and now upon logging in for the first time in a few months, have to update my drivers license and wait for approval so I can't use the car I wanted to use as I logged in. Sigh
1 ★Good customer service, but the app almost never works. Most of the time it can't find cars and just shows a blank map, the other times it will reserve a car without letting you unlock it. Update: Using features like setting an alert for nearby cars crashes app. Update 2: Evo is still the one app that consistently sucks. Using this app is making me want to buy a car. It always crashes or lags and takes forever to work.
1 ★I have been burned so many times trying to book a car, getting to the car, trying to start it, wait 5 minutes, cancel walk away and 10 minutes later the car starts. Then I get charged! Haha then try to get in touch with customer service, good luck. This company must be missing out on millions of dollars which is a shame because the cars are good and I love car shares. Car 2 go is 20 x more reliable. I won't book evo anymore.
1 ★Wow. The app was already pretty bad before Car2go shut down, but now it's absolutely unbearable. I've been over 20 minutes trying to book certain cars and it constantly shows a message that it's trying to connect to the car, followed by "Oops! Something wrong happened". Impossible to book cars. It's useless now.
1 ★Easily the worst app on my phone. Literally never works the first time you open it, has to be closed and re-opened. Cars don't load, location is wrong, cars won't unlock, have to randomly sign in because the app has signed you out... too many issues to list. Really not sure how a business model predicated and based entirely off of their app, has literally the poorest functioning app out there. Complete fail Evo.
1 ★The cars are great but this app has been consistently horrible for years. Want to find a car? wait 5 minutes to see anything. Find one? Hit book to find out it auto logged you out and by the time you login its gone. Get annoyed and leave anyway and see someone park and get out of their evo? Wait 5 minutes for it to book. Then another 5 for it to unlock. Pleeeaaase invest in some good devs to get this fixed so I dont have to take car2go-carts anymore!
