3 ★Too many notifications, even after I turned the settings off. Three stars for easy listings, but taking off for the notifications and when I put my shop on Vacation Mode, that is when I started getting notifications about people interested in my items. When I finally got back, despite me participating in the sales, radio silence Also, their commission rate is not great compared to other selling sites, because they take an extra 2% on top if you actually want your money in your bank account.
2 ★The app is ok. I've had several issues trying to search for items and it doesn't work. Brings me back to the home screen. Selling isn't very user friendly, uploading pictures shows the 8 pics I uploaded, then I go to save the listing and there are only 2 pics. Tried it several times and got same result. Then I get an email my listing will sell faster with more pics. DUH! Definitely NOT happy that once the buyer receives their item I have to wait 21days to get paid. Poshmark is way easier to use.
1 ★I sell on multiple platforms, this one takes the longest to release funds after you make a sale. If you only have 4 days to file for a return the 5th day money should be able to be released instead of up to 21 days after or a month. Another othe.r site 3days tops and your money will be realeased. If 4 days allowed to file for return everything must be ok, so why don't I have my money? This is my first sale and I'm very nervous now. Is this a scam site? will update.
1 ★Full month wait for funds. Not seller friendly. It used to be a good app now its the worst app for sellers. You must wait 21 days for funds to be released and then an additional 2 weeks to receive it after transferring. They also can reverse your transfer if buyer returns item. Poshmark is way better for sellers. Also when it requires you to update app it will continue to say update required after you've already updated it....
1 ★NOT seller friendly! I pulled the few listings I had. Without sellers there can't be buyers. Stories of returns: buyer used item, then forced a return.Tradsey decided item sold for above fair market value, and forced a return. If I have an item in a rare print or color, I will sell it for more. Protecting sellers from scammer buyers is just as important as protecting buyers from scammer sellers! 3-4 wks to get paid? Nope. Sticking with other platforms that protect their sellers.
1 ★They take an extremely high percentage from each sale as opposed to other apps. Less frequent payouts. The whole process of making a sale goes on much longer than is necessary. This is another platform that only benefits the buyer and because of this, leaves room for possible fraudulent purchases and refunds. Much better options to sell your things out there. Would not recommend.
1 ★Horrible app - never functions properly and most of the options don't save. The photo crops won't save. The order you arrange the photos won't save. When you go back to edit the listing, regardless of how many times you save it, it always reverts back to the original order so I never have the correct image as the cover photo.
1 ★This app is literally so broken. It crashes every time I try to edit the description on a listing, and it won't even let me post new listings now. Every time I click on the type of item I want to sell, it just does nothing. I like the concept, but it is so poorly executed that the app can't be used.
1 ★I was speaking to the seller regarding a pair of shoes. Everything was great she was very helpful until I had the shoes in my basket, I was putting in my credit card info, the item was taken out of my basket and sold to someone else, I had 4 minutes left to make the purchase. I sent the seller an email she couldn't do anything. I sent customer service an email and they never replied but did send me a "rate your experience with Caroline" from customer service. What a joke.
1 ★I have an impossible time searching for items (other non-related items pop-up) and can't for the life of me figure out how to filter or sort. The website is infinitely easier. In order to get the app discounts, I have to use the website to fill my cart and then checkout using the app. Not the most user-friendly app.
3 ★The app is great for sellers getting alerts for questions, and checking your closet. Not so great for loading pictures, or searching for specific items. If you add 12 pictures in the app, only 4 will actually appear in the listing.🤦♀️🤦♀️The search is based upon the sellers own "key words", not the actual name that you put in the search bar. If those items were fixed, I would give 5 stars.
2 ★It's a good app, but it really sucks when you're about to list an item, you're following the steps and once you've cropped your pictures and are ready to publish, not all the pictures you uploaded are showing, pictures are moved. It gets frustrating editing over and over again to get it right.
