1 ★The app looks nice, but forget about obtaining a taxi. You'll be faster on foot

2 ★I use this application all the time in order to not use uber and to prefer electric vehicles. Unfortunately the application is badly coded, and makes up a fake time for the driver to arrive. It always says 2 minutes and the time is often more than 20 minutes. It's unfortunate that this is the best uber alternative we have here in Montreal

1 ★Shady bait and switch on price. Do not recommend. I tried to book a ride to the airport for the next morning. Price was marked as 40-50$ and I decided to go for something local instead of Uber, which was similalry priced. Except Teo then billed me for $50 via google pay, and tried to bill me for another $80+ via my credit card.

3 ★I want to preface my review saying that I prefer this a million times more than Uber. The drivers are courteous, the cars are clean and the pricing is fair. My issue is with the app. Every single time I book, the estimated time for the driver to reach you. Every time without fail, the app will show you for example 5mins before the driver arrives, but after those 5mins nothing changes. So you've been waiting for 8, 10, 12+ mins, but it still shows that it's 5mins away with the car icon not moving

1 ★I ordered an adapted taxi with the possibility of entering in a wheelchair two hours in advance. Instead of the promised minivan with a ramp, an SUV arrived. The driver started calling the support center, after which they simply canceled my order, indicating that I did not show up. The driver decided to "help" by saying let me get you in and take you. Since it was late in the evening and there was not much choice, I had to agree. Well, as is typical, he went by all possible longest routes, avoid

1 ★Very bad service. Never on time. App say 4 min, but they come after 20 min and keep canceling your ride. When u book, u have to keep the app open to check if it is not canceled. Very bad experience. Driver marks they have arrived when u look no one is there and then they call u they will come in 15 min.

1 ★Estimate fare for the trip was about 32-34$ from Anjou to downtown. Final bill surprisingly turned out to be 52$ with mandatory tip of 15$ I didn't agree too. Driver was very good. But this app and company will rip you off be aware. Uber and such would cost less money
