L'app Sam est une application mise à disposition pour tous les chauffeurs de Taxelco (Diamond, Hochelaga, Téo Taxi) à Montréal, Québec.Elle fournit aux chauffeurs de la visibilité sur leur activité opérationnelle et comptable. L’application facilite aussi les interactions et les démarches administratives entre les agents du Service Aux Membres et les chauffeurs.
L’application permet aux chauffeurs qui souhaitent intégrer la compagnie de compléter leur inscription en délivrant leurs informations ainsi que les pièces requises.
Pour les chauffeurs qui sont déjà membres de Taxelco, ils peuvent se connecter ou créer leur compte et bénéficier ensuite des 3 modules suivants :
Revenus. Ce module affiche la divulgation financière des paiements passés, en cours et futurs ainsi que les factures générées par la compagnie.
Courses. Ce module offre de la visibilité sur l’historique de courses.
Coupons. Le chauffeur peut soumettre ses coupons et reçus ECR directement dans ce module en le photographiant et en entrant les détails qui y sont liés.
