3 ★This app is glitchy. When you try to close the app out, it pops up and opens again. So you have to try a few times to get out/close the app. At times it can lag (not service issues) There was something else that I can't think of right now. Overall the app just needs to work the bugs out. It would also be nice to have the menu seperate without having to select the order button.
2 ★The app works great when everything is perfect; however, is not great when there is something wrong. There is nothing in the app that shows that a product is not available. After ordering several items I submitted them. There was an error that one items was not available. Instead of directing you back to a shopping basket or something to change that one item it erases the whole order and makes you start from scratch, which is a bit frustrating if you ordered for your whole family. After doing this three times with the same results I gave up.
4 ★It would be better if the app prompted to choose a store before ordering. It is easy (especially if you're on the go) to accidentally order from the wrong store. I have had this happen twice, once with the old app version, and today with the new app version. It would also be cool if there was an option to choose quantity of ingredients, and add ons. Another thing that would be awesome is if there was a section to make notes regarding the order. Other restaurant apps ha e this, and it helps.
1 ★Tried to login, got locked out "for one minute". Reset password. Still locked out, still "for one minute", for all over a minute. Got an email from LevelUp saying they changed my password because a completely different, unassociated account that has no relationship to them was compromised and I should go to a link in the email to reset the password again. No thanks. I don't trust you anymore, LevelUp. I'd recommend businesses start away from them.
1 ★First issue, the address fields are off. The "Name" field is actually the instructions you're supposed to give your delivery driver. Which is VERY confusing the very first time I used it. If it wasn't for the automatic receipt I got in my email I wouldn't have picked up on it. The biggest issue, once your order is placed you have NO CLUE what third party service is making the delivery. There are no live updates in the app, the third party also doesn't send you any updates. This has to be fixed
2 ★I am never able to order ahead on the app (Samsung On5). It always freezes and tells me that the app stopped responding, if not that it just closes or freezes up my phone. I like being able to just scan my phone screen instead of having to break out my wallet, easily keep track of rewards, even with options of how to redeem rewards either automatically or manually. Not a bad app but I'd like to be able to order when I'm off work and get in then out.
1 ★1. The app now hangs on the loading screen. So I can't scan and I can't use rewards. 2. Before the app stopped loading I had this recent issue.. There are two stores on the same road. One was nearby and the other was 5 miles away. Only difference is street number. I thought the store selection screen would show the nearest store at the top so I selected the top one. Turns out it was the one several miles away. The nearby one ended up being at the bottom of the list.
1 ★What an complete failure! You took a useful, functional app and destroyed it for no apparent reason. And in the middle of a pandemic, no less, when online ordering is even more useful. Since the update I have not even been able to login. I get to the upgrade screen and it won't recognize my email address. It asks me to open a new account which I refuse to do because I would lose all my rewards. You are losing a loyal customer. I'm going to give Smoothie King a try while you sort things out.
3 ★It's a good working app. There's two issues though. The first is that I usually have to ask for a receipt and then scan the barcode, instead of just scanning at the register. The points don't always go through when I scan at the register. The second is not being able to get happy hour discounts at locations that offer it, when placing a mobile order. This would be a good time saver, but you don't get that discount when you order mobile, which I don't understand. Other than that, app is decent
2 ★This app is terrible. It kept declining my card stating exp date was wrong, but it wasn't. I tried going into support. There is no issue with payment option and anything I did press, a drop down box appeared asking if I want to add a category. Then it brings you back to the beginning. It asks if you want to upload a photo but the actual button doesn't work to allow you to upload. The menu sometimes doesn't give you options that you normally would get. Terrible app.
1 ★We loved the app for a couple months and got trop smoothie all the time bc it was so convenient. Barely ever go anymore because for the past 4-6 months now the app stays on the loading screen when you try to order anything. Something is definitely wrong with this thing. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still just an endless loading screen when you try to order. Very frustrating!
3 ★I love tropical smoothie but the app is rather annoying. Every time they update it removes all my payment information. Also they have you choose your time first and if you don't order fast enough then you have to go all the way back to the start. Might I just suggest a "soon as possible" option and then time slots if it's going to take you a bit to get to the shop. If these 2 things were fixed I'd give it a 5 star.
