1 ★It used to work but today when I tried to cast from my phone to my roku I was not prompted to select my roku to cast and I was unable to get it to work. Without this functionality the app and my all-access subscription are basically useless.
1 ★wow, updated to the app and now it says i need subscribe, last paid for subscription in Oct 2018... this is really disappointing, guess im stuck watching seasons 1-3 of SG1 on amazon prime. oh i just checked theres season 1-3 of atlantis as well.

1 ★After latest update I have had problems being logged off all the time and now when try to log on I am asked to complete registration even though I have had All-Access Pass since September last year.
5 ★Love being able to watch anything stargate at any time and also connect with other fans....at least I did until they changed the format....new format sucks!!....As a Canadian I have to apollogize if that hurts your feelings but suck it up and move on! I want the casting feature back and I don't want to have to click and scroll through so many screens to get to the movies. older platform was way better

BUT Only remaining problems, which I personally see as discrimination, is that there are no subtitles for gate cast, also lots of the subtitles don't have a space in between words. Please add subtitles. still no gate cast reinstated. So I can't multitask on phone. many seasons repeat episodes 13-22 after getting to episode 22. After initial problem with activation of all access pass. Quick responses from support staff, overall reasonable time to get the problem fixed
4 ★Nexus 6p running Android 8: Latest update makes watching anything difficult. Not only is it much harder to navigate but seeking while watching is almost impossible. Even more annoying is that the screen will dim and turn off after 30 seconds unless I keep tapping the screen to let Android know I'll still using it. Please fix or roll back to earlier version!? Note: I had issues logging in after the update but customer service was responsive and resolved the issue satisfactorily.
2 ★the new update is terrible and very confusing. also i can no longer cast to my amazon fire stick, thankfully i have Chromecast as well which works. i prefer the fire stick as i can skip forward and pause easy which i can't do on the app/chromcast. please fix it.
