2 ★The latest update is not as user-friendly for stores like me who access it frequently (several times an hour). To toggle between the email notification to customer list and back to the email list is cumbersome and does not provide a smooth transition. Having the customer notification on the home landing screen would be benificial if customers actually messaged on a consistant basis but as they do not it is currently a wasted space that could be reporting or a bigger email feature.

1 ★This app would be useful if geotargeting was an exact art, but it's not, so customers in my area get connected with people in Atlanta or elsewhere because that's their computer's server location. If they stopped trying to geotarget and opened live chat to the entire country, with opportunity-based responding, there would be a much better utilization of the app. If you don't have tech savvy customers, as it is this app is not great.

4 ★I Love the App, easy to use and fast response. I can't seem to access my storefront from the App it's continuously says this page is no longer available, even thou it is when you log on from another computer/phone.

2 ★drains the battery. Very glitchy.
