1 ★Don't download.. It's not official. I was facing some problem in my rom and contacted yu support as I couldn't rmbr my password in yu forum also I wasn't getting any pass reset link in my email. I called up Yu care and they told me yu forum is not official and its third party app. Even posted in yuforum askin the same if it was official or not , didn't got any reply. Tweeted to Mr Rahul ( CEO Micromax) asking same. No reply from him also. Plz don't download it its fake .. U can explore xda website for roms, kernels or patches, they are real help. They saved me or else micromax customer care would have blasted my mind up.
1 ★I call YU support and Mr.Abhishek also told for replacement, he forward my case in front of seniors of YU company.. With ticket I.D. 2454628 dated 7/5/16 After that I received three calls from yours end , two from Shruti and she said I send a mail with contains... Please go to the service centre and they make jobsheet after that YU company verified if handset repair or otherwise we replace it...as per warranty rules. But she lie and she didn't send this

1 ★Xda forum is better than this. To be frank, the yu forum is cr** with no original development. Just copy paste from xda and other fora. Most of the threads are junk and the posts are a waste of time and energy to read. YU is sold for so called good hardware specs but the software is poor. That is why monthly updates were promised. When requested forum members about battery saving bug free ROM, I was threatened to silence. YU should put a statutory warning that the phone is for developers and not noobs then.
2 ★I signed up from app and my date of birth got set at Jan 1, 1970. I cant manually change it even. Support group's response is as quiet late.

1 ★Changing your brand name will not change the underline company values. This company has only one strategy just sell whatever they can, create electronic waste. I feel like YU phones are not tested for even single day, the movement any Android flavor can boot there hardware just start selling. From the first day there is heating, hanging & restart issue. 6 month WiFi issue, 1 year camera gone. Worst they don't repair device but replace with refurbished (scratches) device. Customer support is "AWESOME".
