2 ★Can't set detection zone and retrieval of records is not user friendly. You will have to go through every minute of every day of however much recordings you have to see if a triggered recording has happened. The v380 app is much better that it highlights on the calendar of the app which day and time has a triggered event that helps you to go into them quickly and check everything it's okay. Please try to improve.
1 ★It keeps disconnecting and have to troubleshoot and reinstall. That sucks ! Update 5/16/2021- now it will not connect at all ! It was working fine for a while now nothing! I would not purchase this camera again nor would I recommend it to anyone!
5 ★It's really handy when I'm busy in the kitchen when my baby is sleeping inside the room but only one thing that should be fix coz the camera will automatically switch to the left or right corner of the angle everytime in the between of the angle that I've set although there's no any movement inside the room. Hopefully seller will fix it asap through the apps. Thank you.
1 ★the app deserves zero star. and the service is so bad. because no motion detection alert for sdcard section. the motion alert is available only on their cloud service which is their paid service subscription. v380 is muuch better than this. because they gave us this free motion alert on their sdcard section. its so sad i switched to tus type of camera, not knowing that its service really did suck. so everyone dont buy this camera because of this app is limited, forcing you to pay on their cloud
3 ★I have 4 cameras that I can only use with this app. The app works mostly well, but sometimes it kicks out one or the other camera. I have a 5th camera which is not supported by this app unfortunately. I would like to be able to access all my cameras with one software...
1 ★My daughter has been waking up at 3am every night. Last night I heard a man's voice come from the camera microphone 4 times! Extremely concerning and now I feel my privacy has been breached! Customer service is terrible with no logical explanations or troubleshooting. They literally told me to turn down my phone volume. So creeped out & want to return ASAP!
1 ★I gave a 5 star review last year and I have to change it to one star now. I bought 4 cameras that work with the YCC APP from Anbiux on AliExpress. When I finally sold the cameras to my customers, two are not able to be added to their account. They are getting the following error: "this camera is already attach to another account". I have contacted Anbiux and they refused to help. Not able to get any support from cloud cam, email delivery error. your help on this matter is really appreciated. .
5 ★A well worth purchase. It is an extra eye on my property whether in or out from the mobile app. Easy to operate and will recommend for the security minded.
1 ★The worst ever app to run a cam camera I have ever had.continuously stoppping and starting no option to change other settings to stop rebooting 10min,15min, 20min, 45min. WiFi did not work ever since I have had it, even sitting the unit on top of my nbn modem .I have no problem with all my other devices connecting WiFi So was force to hard wire by Ethernet connection. Very noisy while the YCC365 PLUS rebooting ever 15min to 45min Not worth giving a ratting
2 ★It works most of the time, but it has a lousy timing. It always catches the tail lights of cars or people leaving. I had an argument with a thief it was right in front of the camera. It didn't catch anything.
1 ★Camera and App was working good for about 6 months,only 3 disconnects in that period.And now after update my camera is bricked, can't even reset it anymore,let alone connect it to my phone.So yeah I'm pretty pissed. Ironically in update prompt said "Plz wait until we give your device new superpowers''.I guess that superpower is to play dead.😡👎
3 ★Poor managment options, for some reason the camera records everything with pink filter so that means in normal mode its pink and in night vision its gray, the rotation is delayed by 3 to 5 seconds, even tho the wifi is strong, sometimes it even spins in the wrong direction, i dont mind anything really but the only problem that pisses me off is the pink screen filter...
