How to install theCHIVE APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download theCHIVE APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

3 ★Super slow, and uses tons of ram. Phone feels like I could fry an egg after browsing for a few minutes. Doesn't save favorites to linked account.
1 ★Crashes all the time - known issue and never fixed. Repeat content inside the same subcategory/group. Seriously, invest in an editor who isn't clearly drunk or stoned when they review - it isn't freaking rocket science.
1 ★It was a great App... Now you have to log in to it..... They say it easy to do but it doesn't work... saying the Email I use is not Valid!!! Showing it is time to Kick Chive to the curb...
1 ★Loud ads pop up unexpectedly. Just what you need when you are killing a few minutes with adult humor and scantily clad women. BAM, LOUD OBNOXIOUS ADS POPPING UP. Everyone in the room. Will be looking over seeing what you are looking at. I don't know how many times I decided to turn off the app (or not open it) because of this.
2 ★Intrusive Ads. If you leave the screen alone for too long it will open a web page and take you to an ad in your phone's browser. Sometimes it opens an invisible ad behind the gallery you are viewing and the only way you know is if your volume is up. App used to be good but it's apparent that they don't properly vet their ad sources.
1 ★It was a pretty cool app until they SLAMMED it with with advertisements. Constantly crashing, and they don't have the DAR anymore?? Which was the best gallery. Goodbye Chive!
1 ★This app is unusable. It crashes all the time, drains the battery horribly, and overheats my phone. Now today not a single picture will load, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my phone. I love the content but this app makes for a piss poor user experience. Don't try to fix this app, start completely over from scratch. Do better Chive.
1 ★I never had another app that failed more often, loaded so slowly or not at all, and that made my phone hotter. The slogan "probably the best app ever" has got to be sarcastic, because there's no possible way after so many years of being the exact same pile of garbage, they couldn't have made it better.
1 ★Used to love this app but lately all it does is crash. This update is on 4/5 and they updated the app again the layout is horrible... please cor the live of God roll back to the old format.
2 ★Decent content, keeps forcing pop ups onto the screen that you have to constantly keep exiting, also the app will just fail and log you out after a few min of being logged in.
1 ★Crashes constantly. Won't even open for more than a second. iChive doesn't load either. So I guess they said screw it and are just running the Chive website itself.
