ContribuTER vous permet de signaler les éventuels dysfonctionnements que vous pourriez rencontrer sur le réseau ferroviaire de transport régional : surcharge, retard ou suppression de votre train ; défaut d’information en situation perturbée. Les résultats de ces signalements seront rendus publics par la Région.Cette application est proposée par la Région des Pays de la Loire, en charge du financement du TER. La Région a confié le fonctionnement de ce service à la SNCF. ContribuTER a pour objectifs d’aider la Région à mieux connaitre les difficultés que vous rencontrez au quotidien et à vérifier la qualité de service proposée par la SNCF.
