1 ★App constantly freezes and you must force close. The first time loading a tune it froze at a 100% after 20 minutes and I had to start from scratch. After three tries I ended up getting the tune to take without the app freezing. After five months with this tune I need to load a towing tune. I plugged in the tuner and have tried to open the app on 3 different Android devices and none of them will scan for devices so i can't find the tuner. On all three devices the app will not minimize and connot be closed without force closing. Currently I am 28th in queue for a call back from tech support.
1 ★I figured I give it a shot I ordered an SCT wireless tuner downloaded the app saw and read some reviews and hoped it would be different for me it was not. The tuner pairs fine with my phone over Bluetooth no problems at all its the app itself that needs major fixing. I updated the tuner to the latest firmware and my nexus 5 is running the latest 4.4.3 yet if I click program in the app it freezes and crashed on every single option I click. Works on apple products if you don't have apple stay away from it.
3 ★I downloaded the program and all three tunes worked just fine, had a little trouble pairing but it got the job done. Although the tunes worked the everything else failed like stats and all the other programs that were supposed to come with this program. Might as well have bought the cheaper version of the sct tune
5 ★Look I know a lot of people say this app is crap but name one other app like it, it's a little slow but hands down a must for any body with a moded motor
5 ★From unboxing my ITSX to downloading tunes to my 2003 6.0 Excursion with my Galaxy S3 and Galaxy tab I only ran into one problem on each device. My Galaxy tab on screen buttons acted as though they were being pressed reoeatedly and bringing up my s planner. My Galaxy 3 acted as though I was pressing the power button repeadedly. Both devices have latest versions of android and TSX. Never had these issues before app. Issue went away over night now perfect.
1 ★It paired and connected, but when I tried to view gauges or program, the screen turned black and didnt change back to normal. On huawei p6 and in galaxy s3 it never connected
1 ★I have a nexus 6 and the app freezes all the time doesn't work at all please fix compatability issue I'm running Android 5.1.1....amean why is it so unstable on Android and on ios it works like a charm on my brothers iPhone 6 plus
1 ★Don't waste your cash I you don't have an I phone available. It will not work on androids. Update: trouble with the I phone as well. Don't buy this!
1 ★Just like others... My Android phone and Tablet (both Samsung) see the iTSX device, but are unable to pair/connect. Have to use friends iPhone or iPad.

1 ★I spent 500 Dallors on this crap at minimum wage and the POS app it comes with freezes every time I try to tune it. Right when it gets to 100 percent...
