3 ★Love the videos of each exercise and how trainer can add comment or more details. Hate - logging in every single time , get a fingerprint or code option Hate - can't search by muscle group with much success Hate marking an exercise complete and skip one or two and there is no way to complete workout. It just always says incomplete, which it may be but some days you skip certain exercises.
2 ★Unable to edit birthdate, have to scroll one month at a time. From 2025 to 1953, i dont have time for that. Also unsble to select meal tracking from Avatar - which wanted 10$ a month. Fitbit is free!!!
2 ★Edit 1/15/25: measurements are fixed but now it won't let me add new clients Once you put measurements in for a client, the app crashes every time you pull them back up. The bugs need worked out. The app has really good potential.
2 ★Currently you can assign workouts to 1 client for free, but it is 19.99 a month to add more. It would be good to allow self registration so you can track your own workouts to better familiarize yourself with the application from both ends. Update: dropped to 2 stars: I really want to like this app. It has so much potential. But the constant freezing, terrible search functionality and general clunkiness make this more of a pain to use than it is worth. Keep at it Nasm. There is possibility here

2 ★This app has the potential to be a great tool, and I've given it many chances, but it always seems to fall short. Tech Support is TERRIBLE! I've emailed them about several issues to no avail. App constantly crashes. Lost a client due to this app failing. Payment processing and accounting have issues. Programs duplicate on their own with no way to delete them, creating clutter. Group workouts can't be modified....and the list goes on. This app needs a massive overhaul.

1 ★I have been trying to use this app with my trainer for a number of years now and it is constantly glitching. It is not loading things. Can you please work out the glitches? I've been on the phone and so has she with your customer service and nothing seems to be helping.
