3 ★This app needs a lot of work if you accidentally close it you lose all the pictures and all your data that you put in you need to fix that office reports app allows you to exit and then come back and it has saved your previous inputs this app you lose it all and start from beginning you lose your time tracking you lose your stamping and they don't think that you did your job because you lose all your pictures please fix this make the app have the ability to open and close at will and still save

1 ★Had issues with this app on my personal device which cause me to uninstall and refuse additional shifting without company phone. Now I am finding the app signing me out of shift of its own accord, Guards be very wary of your logged time.

3 ★Latest update added or enabled a shake feature to start the panic button alarm, and there doesn't seem to be an option to disable that anywhere in the settings. A follow up or an email with an answer would be appreciated.

1 ★Application remains running in the background. Even after closing the app, you need to go to system settings and force stop to get the app to stop running. Privacy settings are insane and unable to be used without allowing complete access to your device! Forced background location, can't just allow while in App!? Should only have to allow access to photos, location, media, ect, when nessasry/using the app. This needs to be addressed. Why is Location forced background even while not in the app?

5 ★The higher-ups at my job must've been fed up because they were already complaining about how buggy the app was when they hired me and today after hours of trying to recover my account they decided to have everybody stop using the app altogether. I actually liked how buggy and barebones the app was. I just hope this staff wizard app they're replacing this one with doesnt require for me to do more work.

1 ★This latest update requires the app to always have access to my location, instead of before where I can set it to only when the app is running. Seems more invasive than necessary.

1 ★Reported to Google for Spyware. This app requires you to give your location at all times, and will track you even after you clock out. If your job is demanding that you use this app, demand a seperate device to install it on that is off whenever you aren't on the clock, unless you don't value your privacy.

1 ★I have to use my IPhone for pictures because for some reason on my brand new galaxy s24 the pictures are deleted once I take pictures when im doing reports. Never had this problem until I got an android.
