1 ★App works. Better. But stilll a lot of mising features - why do I have to go to my email to see any info on my order. - Why do i have to leave your app to look at your info? ? And the quality of the flowers. Not sure if thr mini chrismas tree i ordered is a baby tree. Or some sort of shrubbery. Nothing even resembling like the picture, and the tulips. Humm. Are they supose to droop toward the ground??
5 ★The app is fine but I'm writing this review because of the amazing customerservice. I had an issue with a recent purchase and within 24 hours ofemailing their customer service they apologized with a personal email andfully refunded my account for the product that I had the issue with. Hardto come by larger businesses that show they care for their customers likeProFlowers did for me.
1 ★Do not use this service, use 1800flowers instead. Payed over $100 for roses to be delivered in a vase, nicely arranged by a florist AS PICTURED IN THE ADS AS WELL AS MY 3 CONFIRMATION EMAILS. Flowers arrived in a box individually wrapped with the vase on the side. NOT the romantic gift I had paid for. I wasn't paying for your company to give my wife an hour's worth of work to do on Valentine's day to end up with a non professionally arranged boquet. When I call to complain I get hung up on multiple times. I will never use your services again.
1 ★Wow! What a lousy app! For a company that overcharges so much for their short lived flowers, it would seem they would have a couple of dollars to spend on an app that works properly. It is amazing how you can still be in business.
1 ★I really don't care bout the app. The product they deliver is garbage. I paid $90 for something I could have bought (even nicer) for $30 and a drugstore. Do not buy their flowers. They should not even be in business.
1 ★My girl left work at 5pm and the flowers were delivered to her job at 519 but no one is there so they left the flowers outside. Not to mention, the flowers were pretty much dead. Do not order from here ever. You pay 29.99 for flowers but then you pay 9.99 for the base and 14.99 for shipping and 4.99 for handling. If you want it early, you have To pay additional 14.99. That means for one dozen roses with a vase is 64.96 for everything but if you want it early, you are paying 79.95 for 1 dozen roses and they look dead. I called them too and they barely speak English. I kept getting asked to slow down how I talk and speak louder. I was screaming. Never EVER USE THIS PLACE
5 ★First time trying it, bought 18 roses and when it was delivered (delivery was great) there were only 9 roses. I called pro flower and an Indian lady named Jen apologized and offer to replace them for me easily and simply. I would of never used it again but the way they helped the situation made me love them even more. Great A+

5 ★I'm not a big fan of flowers but this site guides u EVERY step of the way gives me advice suggests what I should add with the flowers and let's u know where the order is at all times. Amazing!!!!!
