في زِيارَة النّبيّ والزّهراء والائمّة بالبقيع صلوات الله عليهم أجمعين في المدينة الطيّبة.روي عن الصادق ( عليه السلام ) . عن آبائه عن أمير المؤمنين علي ( عليهم السلام ) قال : قال رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) : من زارني بعد موتي كان كمن هاجر إلي في حياتي ، فإن لم تستطيعوا فابعثوا إلي بالسلام فإنه يبلغني .
وقال ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) : من أتاني زائرا كنت شفيعه يوم القيامة .
وقال ( عليه السلام ) : من أتى مكة حاجا ولم يزرني بالمدينة فقد جفاني ، ومن جفاني جفوته يوم القيامة .
وقال ( عليه السلام ) : من زارني بعد مماتي كان كمن زارني في حياتي ، ومن زارني في حياتي كان في جواري يوم القيامة .
وسئل الصادق ( عليه السلام ) فقيل له : ما لمن زار رسول الله ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) ؟ قال : من زاره كمن زار الله عز وجل في عرشه .
وأقول : إن معنى هذا التمثيل هو : أن لزائره من المثوبة والأجر العظيم والتبجيل يوم القيامة كان كمن رفعه الله تعالى إلى سمائه ، وأدناه من عرشه الذي تحمله الملائكة ، وأداه من خاصة ملكه ما يكون به توكيد الكرامة ، وليس هو على ما تظنه من مقتضى التشبيه.
وقبض ( عليه السلام ) بالمدينة مسموما يوم الاثنين لليلتين بقيتا من صفر سنة إحدى وعشر من هجرته وهو ابن ثلاث وستين سنة .
وقبره ( عليه السلام ) بالمدينة في حجرته التي توفي فيها ، وكان قد أسكنها في حياته عائشة بنت أبي بكر ، سم في غزوة خيبر فما زالت هذه الأكلة تعاد حتى قطعت أبهره فمات منها.
