1 ★First the App does not update the status of an order, on PC I can see my order but it does not show on App, also I can see the status of a product as available in PC and I can order it but not in App, at the end I have very bad experiment with this company as I ordered a product and the did not deliver or return the money untill I went to their store and call them again, after they admit their mistake they will return my money after waiting more than 2 weeks

5 ★No matter how picky a customer I play, they always deliver. Perfect service from the last worthwhile retailer. It almost feels like stealing. Their store even has three types of warm chocolate milk you can enjoy for free while browsing through their wares. I am in awe.

5 ★Very easy to use application and very well designed. It has some times problems with the search functionality but it is very good overall. Both Dutch and English language are supported. Good job.

1 ★UPDATE! HOW CAN I REPLY TO A REPLY FROM COOLBLUE?? There is no option to reply your question under my comment... ORIGINAL COMMENT: It simply doesn't work. I had like 5 flagship phones with Android 8 and 9 in the last year and this app didn't work on any of them. I search for something, click on it and then wait FOREVER for it to load, but the only thing i see is white screen loading and never loads in.

5 ★Pretty good, I only found a minor bug where if you go in categories, scroll down and select one of them, then press back, it will bring you to the top of the categories and you have to scroll again if you are searching in categories for something specific :p Otherwise great English Interface! Great app for students like me who speak een beetje Nederlands.

1 ★Okay. It was great but now cool blue is behind a lot of others. Up for improvement. Especially the customer login part. There is a customer overview part missing. And a friendly reset password / password missing functionality.

1 ★be very very careful when changing your delivery address/name i changed my address from company to personal before placing an order. i hit the order button. now when back home i see the product was shipped twice and my credit card was charged TWiCe. Do not trust this app, it sucks big time On top of that customer service doesnt pick up the phone. go to your local store, we should all want human service. online retailers have bad service and mistakes like this one will cost me a lot of time

3 ★Address changing from cart can be buggy and slow. Mostly not working..

4 ★Notifications were turned off in the app but I still got a spam notification.

4 ★Sometimes the app hangs/is slow when switching pages

5 ★App works great, lots of good services, great delivery system, very fair about prices. I pre ordered something that decreased in price, and they paid me back the difference on their own accord.

2 ★Getting "something went wrong, please try again later" when trying to log in while VPN ad blocker is on. Seems to have a challenge with ad blockers, which of course is fairly useless.
