Nama "OnCom" sendiri adalah kepanjangan dari kalimat "Online Consultation & Mentorship", yaitu aplikasi messaging (live-chat) yang menghubungkan masyarakat Indonesia dengan para konsultan atau mentor di bidang yang bervariasi sesuai dengan keahlian masing-masing. Bidang tersebut meliputi kesehatan, psikologi, hukum, seni rupa, hobi dan sebagainya.Sering sekali pertanyaan-pertanyaan penting, namun sebenarnya simple bagi yang mengerti, timbul di masyarakat kita. Sebagai contoh: Minum paracetamol dibarengi dengan obat diare apakah diperbolehkan? Saya baru saja menabrak mobil yang parkir sembarangan, apakah saya secara hukum bertanggung jawab atas kerugian si pemilik kendaraan? Depresi dan butuh curhat tapi tidak tahu harus mengeluhkan ke siapa?
