1 ★This is no good at all. The app is disgracefully poor and no presets work except "flat". Knowing that i have a bed that I could set to wake me up in the morning, but can't use the alarm feature it because the app doesn't work is maddening. The customer service email through the app bounces back and the tutorials button doesn't even work! Is anyone alive in there, Reverie?
1 ★I was so excited to have this while waiting for a remote replacement to come. I was disappointed because I could never connect it. Looked at other reviews to see if I could find a hint as to how to make it work, but see almost everyone else has the same problem. It would be better not to have an app at all, rather than to have one that doesn't work at all!
4 ★I gave it a 1 and they responded with an upgraded app. A few bugs but less drop outs and better controls. Good job.
1 ★Update 8/4/19. Come on Revere. Read your reviews and get someone to create a app that does anything! The ones you have now sure don't. I can't even get the bluetooth to stay connected in the same room. And a adjustable frame with the only way to control the night light's is with a nonfunctional app. Don't buy this base! Come on guys and gals. A amateur could do better programming.
1 ★I installed this app yesterday and initially it worked beautifully. But today, upon raising my head, it kept going! No matter what I tried, it kept going up, then it kept trying to raise more, causing little jerking movements! I have had 4 lower back surgeries, including a front, and back cage. I recently had neck surgery, and today I'm in bed due to hip issues. This mishap with this app hurt me considerably! THIS IS NOT OKAY! We paid over 3000 for our split king bed. Grrr!
2 ★The features of the app do not reflect the features of the base. Only the very basic features of the app can be set. It won't save the routines you build. The tutorials on the web site do not match the app. It keeps disconnecting from the base and bluetooth. And when you sign in, the app crashes.
1 ★won't connect or work at all. keeps crashing if i try to make account then when i pressed "skip" it asked about bluetooth, it turned bluetooth on but wouldn't connect or work at all. glad we finally got the regular remote working (had to press light button down for some reason?? and had to find that info online, not in manual)
1 ★Doesn't work at all. Contacted Reverie support and was back and forth with them for a couple weeks, told to wait for update which came and was supposed to correct issue but doesn't. The old Reverie Remote app worked until phone updated to Android 10, now neither works. Phone can see the Bluetooth modules fine in Bluetooth setting, this app doesn't
1 ★Have to log in every time to use it. Remote won't run it if you turn it on with the app. Would not be using this app but Reverie will not come fix my bed and they brought it to me broke. Very unsatisfied with Reverie from day one. 😠 When are you going to fix all the bugs?
1 ★***DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS*** Pay attention to ALL the complaints! They are real. Worked great for three days...then caused a MAJOR malfunction in the control box at 5:00am...it sat the bed bolt-upright and locked it there. Then eveything else stopped working. Bed was only 3 weeks old. Denver Mattress gave me a whole new power base. They are awesome! Just order a second remote...incase yours breaks, batteries run low, lose it, etc.
1 ★Horrible. It connects the bluetooth...and hardly anything else works. Even the tutorial doesnt open. It would not adjust the bed...and I had to turn off bluetooth on the phone to get the remote to work. Crappy crappy crappy QA. Get a new team.
1 ★Does not let me create a login; does not list the model I own; does not work properly. This is one of the most frustratingly bad apps ever made for a bed that costs as much as a car.
