2 ★Works well, until it doesn't. About half the time I check a review, it let's me. The other half, it logs me out and says that my company doesn't allow mobile access. Kind of weird they would switch that back and forth three times a day. It's a very annoying bug that needs to be fixed.
5 ★The new update reassemble the old design with new style, it looks great. i like push notifications! Minor adjustment: notifications dot should be on left side instead of right.. 98% people are holding phones on the right side while scrolling through response page.
1 ★Why hasn't this app worked properly in 5 years? After a few days I stop getting notifications and this has gone on for years. It is strictly an Android problem that medallia has failed to fix. My iPad Medallia works flawlessly. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
1 ★Can't even get the update to finish. Was working fine before, but of course updates ruin everything. UPDATE: update finally got through but now I'm not recognized at all. Tried uninstalling to redownload. Now the download is in limbo. Worst app I have ever had to deal with. I wish I could give less than a 0 star.
1 ★The version 2 was near perfect. Right now im unable to see any of my individual customer surveys. I've played with the settings and if it is an option on this version I can't get it.

The old one worked just fine, was forced to update to this one and now my Guest Responses won't load period. dashboard and profile load just fine but no matter my network connection, can't read any of my reviews. What's the point of even having the app if I cant use it for its intended purpose?
1 ★Older version is better. In this update, we cannot copy paste the text of the responses. The copy paste ability is needed when we got a foreign language to be translated on other translator app. Well, this app doesn't have translation feature tho so why disabling the copy paste feature??
1 ★Edit: Have re downloaded as dev suggested, still same problem. Constant log out. Also, very difficult to see how long is left on an Alert (currently can't seem to find that info). Overall, after dev contact, still 1*
1 ★The notifications feature has stopped working . Last one I received was June 8th. Since I depend on this feature to help me keep on top of surveys and reviews the notifications not working is a big deal :(
1 ★App crashes after entering company name, every time. I can't even login. It worked a couple days ago, did a recent update break it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it still crashes every single time.
1 ★Cant log-in. Keeps on telling that "something went wrong.Wait for a few a minutes as we try to fix it." Then it goes back to Hilton lobby log-in page. Tried 3 times logging- in but to no avail. Had already uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still it won't work.

Every time I need to put the company name, which it does, and the it's saying it's redirectioning me to a page, but all it does is to take me back to the main page and asking me again for company code and it keeps going like that. I uninstalled the app and installed it over and over again, but same thing happens.
