Understanding scores and comments
- Customers are invited to rate their experience in a very short survey by SMS, IVR or email right after they have been in contact with us through any touchpoint.
- We ask customers how likely they are to recommend Vodafone based on their experience, on a scale from 0 to 10.
- These responses are used to calculate Net Promoter Score for that touchpoint.

1 ★I wanted to use this app so I could monitor my NPS score outside of and inside of work when I am away from my desk. However when I log in with my Username and password however the app just reported my account is inactive which can't be the case considering I could sign in through the widget last night. How can Vodafone expect us to raise there NPS score when internal services seem to fail. Please fix this app so we can actually make sure we are doing our job properly.
