3 ★Had to try 4 times before the order went through. It's the first time I have had such an issue in many years of using the platform.

3 ★An important issue is that the app does not have the same favorites with the web version and no one informs about it, due to compliance with the playstore probably for items like gun accessories, etc., so everyone be careful not to rely only on the app for discount notifications, as you may lose some if they are only on the web version favorites...

5 ★The app is generally good and functional, expect that today it wouldn't open the locker for me to get my package, only after a minute it said "no locker found". Edit: Apparently, I'd forgotten that I had the package send to a more distant delivery point this time because the one I am always using didn't have enough space. So for cases like this, I hope you guys can make a change in the app and tell the user when they are on the wrong point because some times stress and habit can cause this.

1 ★I have been using skroutz for years. Since august I started getting a message that bank declined my payment (all my cards even revolut). I have tried to resolved with all the banks they say its the seller. So I tried to contact skroutz (where ofc there is no phone support) after the dump chat I got an email from the customer care mail to be informed that they are trying to fix it for me. 2 months later no fix and reply from them. Not the right place to complain here but your support sucks....

1 ★Rubbish app. I am trying to log in on the android app, and it just opens my web browser instead from where I am asked to log in, but with no success.

5 ★it's very quick and easy. Sometimes, apps make it really difficult for someone who doesn't know too well to order something online, but this is very simple. Anyone can order something from it. Also, I've been a customer for years and it has honestly been the simplest thing ever.

3 ★New year's eve I had a terrible time trying to unlock the locker with the use of this app. On Android, the app tries to open Chrome by default. If you have another browser as default Android first opens chrome who then passes the dataset to the other browser. The data are not passed correctly and you end up with Authentication error message while at the same time you are logged in to your skroutz account. That means that you never get the option to open the locker via Bluetooth which has to be..

1 ★Half an hour to get a package from a bluetooth-equipped Skroutz-point pick-up locker!!! Fortunately Skroutz phone help was almost immediately available. I would suggest next time a locker with a plain keypad;-)

1 ★The estimated delivery date is every day updated to the next day but the order is not arriving the next day and this goes on for weeks. Reaching to support is dead end as well, as i said i completed the support form since 9th Aug 2023 and still don't have answer on delivery date or why it's every day changing to the next day. Total scam!!
