How to get your drinks?
Pick a preferred store: The app shows a list of nearby retail stores for you to order from. Pick a store based on the available delivery slots.
Pick your drinks: Browse the store's catalog and add the drinks of your choice to the cart.
Pay Online: Go cashless and pay in a fast, convenient & secure manner through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), Credit/Debit cards, and Netbanking.
Get Delivery: Once the delivery executive arrives at your doorstep, submit your OTP, show a valid ID, and receive your drink.

1 ★Terrible service. They keep you waiting for 60-90 minutes and then say that order delivery is not possible. I could have ignored this once but it happened with my last 4 orders. The executive in the chatbox have no idea what to say and keep repeating same statements like a bot. No empathy, no customer service. Much better to order alcohol from swiggy/zomato.
1 ★Pathetic service. Not trustworthy. Amount got debited but receive sms as the transaction is unsuccessful. When contacted customer care they are demanding screen shot. I forwarded the SMS which I received from bank stating the amount have been debited. Still they want screen shot. Screen shot of what? My bank statements? Is this ethical to provide screen shots of my bank statements? I don't trust this app. This is my 1st time experience and also it will be my last time experience till my refund.
1 ★Such a gigantic pain you are , it's really not recommended to use the app . First you take the full payment then you keep on waiting then you call and say to cancel the order and payment will be refunded after 3 days . Is this a bloody joke mate ???? Swiggy and Zomato far better than this stupid app. you have ruined my entire holiday plans.

5 ★Loved the experience!!... Yes they don't have features like live tracking, delivery agent contact details etc. but they definitely do what they promise - i.e. deliver your order at your doorstep in record time. Pros - No delivery fees, Quick delivery compared to competitors
5 ★Apologies for the bad review that I posted earlier. The thing is that the bottle had a 550 inr MRP sticker on it so I thought I was overcharged. I confirmed from WB's excise website and it mentioned the original price to be at 710, thus the confusion.
