The Personal Therapy Assistant* feature provides interactive voice-guided instructions to help you set up your equipment and fit your mask. myAir\'s Test Drive* feature helps you get comfortable with therapy using your machine at different levels of air pressure. The app also offers a Library of helpful videos and guides that show you how to set up your specific AirSense or AirCurve machine and ResMed mask, as well as how to get comfortable on therapy.

Getting used to therapy can take a little time, but with the right support you can enjoy a great night\'s sleep. myAir acts like your personal sleep coach. It guides you through therapy and connects you to the support you need, when you need it.
myAir offers tailored coaching, tips and videos to increase your comfort and success. For example, if you have problems with your mask seal, myAir will provide tips about how to fix it. The app also offers a full Library of helpful videos and guides to answer common questions.
Along the way, you\'ll get email and push notifications that encourage and support you. With regular check-ins*, myAir proactively prompts you to see how your therapy is going and provides coaching if you have problems. With your prior consent, myAir also shares your therapy insights with your healthcare team* so they can be more connected to your care.
SLEEP THERAPY TRACKING
With myAir, you can easily access your daily sleep therapy data to monitor your therapy progress. Simply log in to see your nightly myAir score, which shows how well you slept on therapy at a glance. Detailed metrics help you track your therapy progress over time. You can also download a therapy summary report to keep for your records or share with your healthcare provider.

1 ★Utterly useless. I installed the app about a week ago, use the cpap every night, but there's no data showing in the app. Edit: If I tap "report" I can see some clunky bar graphs in what looks like a pdf. I have to drag it around the screen to read it, so it's clearly not meant for mobile viewing. Why not just show the data in the app?
2 ★Can't get data !!!! Everyone is saying an app update is going on this weekend , but this morning it says I have not logged in for awhile !! Arghhh!!! I got my normal data today til yesterday morning , when I got the " we're doing an update " message . I'm so frustrated !! . How long does it take to update ????
3 ★I have had no problems with the app except 2 days of missing data quite some time back. However, with today's update I was in a continual loop between update required/download/Install/country/login/password/build update. Deleting the app and any reference to it did not solve the problem. Neither did changing from WiFi to mobile network or restarting the phone. After 6 attempts and wasting valuable time, I gave up. 4 hours later the update was still required and this time installed right.
5 ★FANTASTIC APP. This app does exactly what it was designed to do; encourage the user in their use and proficiency with their ResMed CPAP machine. I would have given up using my machine a long time ago because it was just plain weird and some times even uncomfortable. But with the encouragement from the app I stuck with it. Now I get a good sleep EVERY NIGHT. And if I allow the time I will easily sleep for EIGHT HOURS solid. Thank you ResMed.
4 ★Screws up if I remove it to go to the bathroom. Can't leave it running because it would wake my partner with the noise. Subsequently, my numbers are all messed up. Needs a pause selection. Thanks for the reply, that helps me understand it better.
5 ★Patience paid off for the update! 😁 I usually check my numbers from the app every few days along with other health/vitals apps. I had some trouble accessing it yesterday, but saw your prompt responses to other feedback. I just refreshed the play store, and update is now downloading! Along with other chronic comorbidities, whenever I'm trying to identify why I might not feel 100%, this dashboard is the FIRST thing I check. So helpful!
1 ★I just downloaded this app a few days ago and right off the bat the information is inaccurate! The app so far has not recorded my correct sleep hours every day! I slept 7.5 hours last night but it reported a little over 2 hours. How is this helpful if the data recorded/reported is not correct? Gonna try it for a few weeks to see if it improves but will delete this app if it continues to record/report inaccurate data!
5 ★Really like this app, but it is now broken on Android. Tells me it needs to update but the update takes me to the Google Play store page that only let's me "open" the app, no update listed. But opening it stops at the requirement that it needs to update. Edit: after posting this, the app did become available to update and it is working once again.
1 ★I keep getting told by my med supply cpany that it is slow to update due to maintenance but that was 48 hrs ago. Previously my account would update within an hour or two now I am anxiously checking app all day and then leavingessaged waiting to be called back. Tomorrow will be day 3 that I will have had to do this so a system maintenance is no longer the acceptable answer.
1 ★You messed up a perfectly good app. UPDATE: It has been two days since I sent an email. I did as I was directed on your response as below. No change. I just get an error message to check my internet connection. My connection works fine except for your app. PLEASE just let me install the old app before this latest update. Thank You.
1 ★Downloaded it two days ago. Confirmed serial numbers and unit number. Get the sleep mini report on the cpap machine, but the data is not uploading to either the app or the resmed website for my report. I've double checked everything.
3 ★Latest update did not go easily. The update link opened Play Store with only options as "uninstall" or "open". "Open" just opened page stating app needed to be updated which then looped back to same options. Had to uninstall app then reinstall. This again opened with requirement to "update". This time PlayStore link opened with option to "update". Update now seems to have occured.
