Oxigen Retail Agent App empowers every retailer and shop owner across India to use Oxigen’s services and earn more. This app can now be downloaded from the Android playstore for free. Once it is installed and a retailer registers with us, it can be used for availing our services at a nominal price and providing the same to the customers visiting your store. We offer a host of services on this app such as Money Transfer service, Merchant payment service, Wallet loading service, Recharges and Bill Payment service etc. At an additional cost, retailers can also buy eKYC and AePS services.How it works?
Download the Oxigen Retail Agent app from Android play store and sign-up. To sign-up, share your contact details with our representative(s) on phone number 0124-66 55 222 or write to us at customercare@myoxigen.com. Money can be loaded in the app and that is your trade balance (TA). This money can then be used for providing services to the customers visiting the store.
To provide a service as a retailer, you start with tapping that particular service tab and enter relevant details just as you do using your web dashboard. For e.g. If you tap ‘Money Transfer” tab, you can select whether you want to do money transfer using OMTS service or via RBL. Next, you punch in the Wallet mobile number which needs to be used for availing the service. Enter Wallet PIN and send money. That’s simple, isn’t it?
