I used for couple months, then one day I topped up my account and couldn't withdraw... then could not receive any SMS texts from them at all so couldn't even get into my account... I've gone over a week without even hearing back from them because the only way of contacting is by email... so frustrating! how are you supposed to solve technical issues by email!?!?
1 ★Had to use this app because it is the poker stars only way to withdraw my money using e-transfer,installed the app then tried to complete ID verification but the app failed to scan my valid driving licence,contacted support then they asked me to send them pictures of my document and selfies which I did for 3 times and have not heard back from them ever since while my money is frozen is an account and I can't do any thing with it!it is completely unacceptable and frustrating!
4 ★No matter what transaction u want to do is simple not exaggerating on fee's price when u pay with debit or anything else no fee's and custermer services really great answering as quick they could with the pandemic it's not easy but always trying their best to help u out with anything u could question!!! And I almost forgot really secure that's what I love the most!
1 ★Absolutely horrible service. Once they get your money they will do anything to keep them. You can't spend anything and if you get the idea somehow to withdraw your money they will do anything to stop you from doing so and they will ask for a plethora of documents in the process. Finally after days of stress you get to the and and really hoping to get your money back they'll ask for some more documents and then you get to wait another 5 days for their 'instant bank transfer' Just Run away!
5 ★The name says it ...it's way faster loading money and receiving withdrawal. Just a couple suggestions; it would be nice if there was an option to link directly to your bank account to do transactions and just have to enter a password for each transfer. Also an option to switch to another account (for couples/ people) sharing a phone/ PC.

1 ★Very poor app. I deposited $70 into my account and then I wanted to withdraw money, but it kept saying "oops something went wrong". But I fully verified and registered my account. The support is not helping. They just keep saying that the ticket is closed. But they did not even say something about my problem. I should have read other reviews, before using this service. Do not make my mistakes. NEVER USE THIS APP. Just a waste of time and money
1 ★THIS IS A SCAM. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! I deposited £30 as per requirements to get my prepaid card which was supposed to arrive yesterday and hasn't. There is no notification or correspondence from them and it is only when I logged in today that I am told to email them additional verification documents which I had already done at registration stage! MY MONEY IS NOW GONE WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE FCA FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY.
1 ★03/19 ALL CANADIANS must stop using this service as they are *illegally* holding funds (because of a new $400 minimum withdrawal for interac). The new app is confusing for less novice users to use. Adding Interac 1% cashback is great, but how to obtain it is scammy. Also requests from casino don't appear unless you quit the app and log back in again. This is really annoying especially when you forget to top up first. Seriously MuchBetter, you can do better!

1 ★Not trustworthy. Basically got tricked into withdrawing poker winnings onto this app instead of my bank. App demands photographs of personal documents before allowing you to withdraw. There is a min £50 withdraw limit that isn't mentioned until you're trying to withdraw less. Contacted customer support over 24 hours ago with no response. Seems like I have £15 just stuck in their app rn. Will be deleting app and account once I've managed to withdraw.
1 ★First attempt at withdrawal was a complete failure. ID verification process requires photos of bank statement, drivers licence, credit card, passport and a selfie, of all things. Customer support is useless, taking many weeks to get a response. App was remotely disabled on my phone in very suspicious manner. Looks like a scam to collect personal info. AVOID! BTW; Positive reviews are obvious fakes. Can't be trusted!
