1 ★I am extremely disappointed with the SpaceTalk app and its customer service. I purchased a yearly subscription through the SpaceTalk website, but now I can’t get a refund or even postpone the subscription. SpaceTalk’s customer service is frustratingly difficult to navigate, and Google Play refuses to take responsibility, passing the blame onto SpaceTalk. There is no clear way to speak to an actual person from either company, making the entire process even more frustrating. I have wasted $80 on.
1 ★App constantly logs out, really pointless if your child can't contact you. Defeats the whole purpose of buying their watch.
2 ★App has a few problems. My children's locations won't refresh. And one of the kids watches apps have vanished. The alarm and calander app are missing from her watch. Also we can't have 2 parents in control of settings, or to cancel sos calls as the other parent has to wait till the other parent who is in control of the family can cancel it, which isn't great when the other parent is busy at work. Also when inviting another parent/person to the family it doesn't have a partners option.
1 ★Used to be good; now terrible. Can't do anything without turning location on (I'm the parent). Can't adjust school hours settings, access contacts like before. Please revert to older version
1 ★Since the last update, the App crashes often with "oops, something went wrong". Restarting the App and phone does not fix the issue.
1 ★I purchased the Spacetalk Loop watch for my daughter. While the watch itself is decent, the app is terrible. The location updates are unreliable, often failing to sync even when attempting a manual update. As a result, the app doesn't provide accurate notifications when she arrives at or leaves a designated safe zone. Spacetalk really needs to address these issues and improve the app's performance.
1 ★This app doesn't work. It was glitchy before, but now it's useless. Don't buy unless things improve, especially if you're using it to track someone without speech.
1 ★What shall I say, the whole app has lost it, the basic functionalities, the usability, the location, the settings they all are behaving wierd and prompts me to strange locations in the app which aren't helpful at all
2 ★Really disappointed with the location tracking on this. We live in an area with good reception and the app constantly tells me they can't find my son's location. For an app with monthly charges, they should be providing a reliable product. Especially when it is linked to child safety.
1 ★I would give this app, the device and customer service zero stars if I could, but unfortunately can't do that. So here's the 1 Star that they will get. The app is a joke, the device itself is ok, customer service is non-existent. Worse purchase ever. The app and device barely work together and relying on this will make your hair fall out. Don't bother with customer service because they don't exist and before you even respond to this, Spacetalk with some bs, respond to my email first.
