1 ★Don't bother with the app until bugs are fixed. My experience with Bernicks's system lately been quite awful. They have a fridge/kiosk system at my work going and it's just as buggy as the app is! I created an account, which worked for awhile then it just forgot n wiped from the system. I tried signing in, says it doesn't exist. I tried recreating, says it exists. Had little better luck on the app, but I tried sending a code thru email and it won't send. I'll change the rating if issues fixed.

2 ★Making an account is impossible on the app, it says it sends an email to finish the process but i did it 3 or 4 times over the past few weeks and didnt get any emails. Finally made an account using to website and then when i added funds to my account the system wouldnt recognize the funds were there when i tried to make a purchase at work. Took the system over an hour for it to finally accept payment

1 ★Charged me twice and funds never showed up. Lots of techincal issues. I finally can "fund" my account but it will not allow me to use said funds which is absurd.

1 ★I cannot link my account from the Avanti market app because it keeps asking me for a pin that I never made, the Avanti app uses a password. There is no pin attached to my account. And the new kiosk is extremely slow when scanning items, payments or processing orders, it also does not like tap to pay via a phone I have yet to see someone at work succeed in using the tap to pay except myself when I wanted to use the barcode on my Avanti app and then, for some reason it decided to use the tap.
