Do you have a tendency to pick up negativity, anxiety or being pessimistic?Inspired by cognitive bias modification (CBM) therapy, Upbeat Mind helps you retrain your brain and shift your attention on positive stimuli. The objective of the game is to spot positive cues among neutral and negative expressions.
Find positive words
In this game mode your task is to pick a word that gives a positive vibe among neutral and negative ones. Words are available in English, Indonesian and Korean.
Spot the happy face
In this game mode you will be presented a bunch of close up photos . Your task is to spot people with pleasant facial expressions.
Track your progress
As you regularly practice by playing the game, you may find yourself being naturally more optimistic and in a good mood. A historical graph is available to help you keep track of your progress.
