በይዘቱ ተሟልቶ በሦስት ቋንቋዎች (በግእዝ፣ በአማርኛና በእንግሊዝኛ) የተዘጋጀ የመጀመሪያው ምሉዕ መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ ነው። ይህ መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያንን ሥርዓትና ደንብ ጠብቆ የተዘጋጀ ኦርቶዶክሳዊ መጽሐፍ ነው። መጽሐፍ ቅዱሱ የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን የብሉይና የሐዲስ ኪዳን መጻሕፍት እንዲሁም የቀኖና መጻሕፍት ብላ በ1962 ዓ.ም ያሳተመችውን መጽሐፍ ቃል በቃል ለቅሞ መዝግቧል።መጽሐፉ ለሃይማኖት አባቶች ለሰባክያነ ወንጌልና ለመምህራን ለመንፈሳዊ ተልዕኮ በሚሰማሩበት ወቅት መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ በእጃቸው መያዝ ሳይኖርባቸው በቀላሉ ቃለ እግዚአብሔርን ለማስተማር ጉልህ አስተዋጽኦ ይኖረዋል:: ምዕመናንም የግዕዙንና የአማርኛውን ትርጉም ምሥጢሩ ሳይዛባ በስልካቸው እንዲጠቀሙ ይረዳል::

• ሰማንያ አንድ (81) መጻሕፍትን ያካተተ ነው።
• ሙሉ ብሉይና ሐዲስ ኪዳን በኢትዮጵያ ጥንታዊ ቋንቋ በግዕዝ፣ በአማርኛና በእንግሊዘኛ የተዘጋጀ ነው።
• የአማርኛው ትርጉም በጥንታዊው የአባቶቻችን አጻጻፍና አገላለጽ ሃይማኖታዊ ለዛውን ሳይለቅ የተጻፈ ነው።
• የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን የምትጠቀምባቸውን የብሉይና የአዲስ ኪዳን የቀኖና መጻሕፍትን ያካተተ ነው።
• ፊደሉና አጻጻፉ በግእዝና በአማርኛ መዛግብተ ቃላት መሠረት ታርሞ የተዘጋጀ ነው።
• የፊደሎችን መጠን በቀላሉ ማስተካከያ መንገድ አለው።
• በቀንና በጨልማ ለማንበብ የራሱ ማስተካከያ ተካቶበታል።
• ማስታወሻ መያዣ፣ ማቅለሚያ፣ ዕልባት ማድረጊያ ተካቶበታል።
• ማጣቀሻዎች በየቁጥሩ የተካተቱ ሲሆን በቀላሉ አንድ ጊዜ ብቻ ጠቅ በማድረግ ገጹን ሳይለቁ ማንበብ ያስችላል።
• በጣም ፈጣንና የፍለጋ ውጤቶችን በማቅለምና በቁጥር የሚያሳይ መፈለጊያ ተካቶበታል።
• የአማርኛ፣ የግእዝና የእንግሊዝኛ ዕትሞችን ጎን ለጎን፣ መስመር በመስመር ፣ ከላይና ከታች አድርገን ለማንበብ ያስችላል።
