We set out to simplify communication for healthcare by making it as easy as texting.

We are a simple healthcare communication platform that allows doctors to securely text message with other healthcare professionals, doctors, patients and care teams.

We makes communication between patients and their care teams as easy as sending and receiving a text message. It is a free app for all patients to use with their doctors and care teams in participating practices and hospitals.

5 ★This app works great and saves a lot of time versus communicating with my medical office by phone. When I suffered from user error, customer service was very quick to respond and help. Thank you! This is such an invaluable service.

2 ★Ok Devs let's get it together. The app on iOS runs without a hitch. I'm having to use my personal phone to make sure I don't miss patient messages because here on my Note 10+, I get zero notifications and the app doesn't seem to refresh without being forced closed. Very disappointing.

4 ★It's a good app, but everytime I need to check my messages, it write a meelssage, I have to go back through google play store, select the app, and open from google play store app. It's a little ridiculous.

1 ★Horrible app. It doesn't always alert you when you get a message. It also crashes multiple times a day even with newest updates and phone restarted. It's extremely slow to load and freezes while you're typing. I would NOT recommend this app to anyone!!

1 ★This app has been great for a year, but it stopped working 2 days ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled but every time I try to open it it says "App Kept Stopping" I hope they can fix this because it has been a great way to instantly communicate with my Doctors office.

4 ★Works well for being a free app. When there are problems with the app they are very attentive to your emails and work to resolve the issues. It serves a good purpose for our agency and helps us stay compliant.

4 ★Update: the customer service team was helpful and all problems were addressed. The app works like it used to. I appreciate the effort of the OhMD team. The app has stopped working since getting my S10 with the most recent update. Enjoyed the app when it was working.

1 ★The app refuses to work. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it won't let me pass the blue loading screen. Not allowing me to text back until I close and reopen the app is one thing, but outright refusing to let me through the first screen is horrible.

3 ★since update won't open. tried removing and reinstalling. worked ok till then. Is working now but still crashes and reopens. I love the convenience of it being able to just text securely my Doc I just wish it would stay open. keep working on it please
