»Zeitfenster Weimar« begleitet Sie auf einer Zeitreise durch das Weimar der Moderne.Um 1900 zeigte sich die Stadt sehr ambivalent: Klassikerverehrung und konservative Haltungen prägten Weimar ebenso wie der Willen zum Fortschritt und die Ideen der europäischen Avantgarde. Lernen Sie an elf ausgewählten Stationen wichtige Ereignisse, Akteure und Orte dieser Zeit kennen.
Mit Hilfe einer Karte können Sie sich zu den verschiedenen Stationen im Stadtraum navigieren. Historische Fotografien, die genau an den Standorten der Stationen entstanden sind, ermöglichen Ihnen einen unmittelbaren Vergleich von Vergangenheit und Gegenwart. Öffnen die Zeitfenster an den Stationen und lassen Sie die historischen Darstellungen mittels Augmented Reality mit der Gegenwart verschmelzen. Somit können Sie sehen, was sich um 1900 an den Orten abgespielt hat.
Über Text und Audioguide erhalten Sie Informationen zu den Ereignissen auf den historischen Bildern. Diese Inhalte wurden von Schülerinnen und Schüler des Humboldt Gymnasium Weimars verfasst und eingesprochen. Die App wurde im Rahmen eines Bildungsprojektes der Klassik Stiftung Weimar in Kooperation mit der Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung entwickelt.
»Zeitfenster Weimar« bietet einen innovativen Zugang zur Geschichte, der die Überschreibung von Orten, Plätzen und Gebäuden im Weimarer Stadtraum hervorhebt.
