3 ★This is a great app but it would be better is you add a daily reminder with the time it should be done. I would also be convenient if you a marker that shows you how which day of the week each exercise should be done.
5 ★Very nice app, exactly what I was after. You can plan your whole workout with a bunch of exercises set within the app, or with your own custom exercises (can add your own photos). Very useful for PTs, physiotherapists, or exercise physiologists.

5 ★#Havent used it for a long time YET# It's pure gold. 1. Doesn't have fancy * nobody needs 2. No nerve-wracking ads. 3. Good catalog of exercises even though it's not super necessary since you can simply create your own. Exercises do have a small description and a picture; description is often empty, but I would recommend watching a YouTube video anyway, since it's difficult to get an exercise right by just seeing a gif of it. 4. 5 ★Awesome app, has helped me keep track of my workouts and stay on target. Well worth the small fee to gain access to your workout analytics. The only thing I wish it had was a way to organize workouts by week. I alternate exercises every week in a three week cycle, so the side scrolling list of workouts can be pretty long to scroll through.
5 ★Just switched phones, and happily upgraded to Pro so I could sync all of my workout data. I've been using the free version for ever, and it is exactly what I need in a workout planner. Well worth the £9 I've paid, I've had more than that value from it over the years. Now I can see my stats, and I'm not worried about clicking an ad cause my fingers are shaking so much from caning the reps. Really recommend this app.
4 ★Great way to plan my workout without carrying around a notebook. I have added on some glute focused exercises but can't isolate them as "glute" exercises - I've had to put them down as "legs" which is a bit irritating. Also the "superset marker dosnt actually change anything, you have to keep flicking back and forth between the exercise pages, I think this could be improved. Overall a great start to what is a great platform that could just use some minor tweaks!

5 ★After learning basic exercises, you can make your own custom workout scheme. Depending on your choice you can have 5day/4day/3day/upper-lower body workouts. Definitely best as each person needs his own schedule. I have used 4 different home work out apps since last 10 months. Overall excellent job from the developers. Kudos and keep the great job going. Thank you for the app. Requests: half time timer and optional voice overs for exercises to get the pump going.
5 ★I needed an app to simply input multiple routines of different exercises, reps, sets, weights and times. This app does it perfectly without all of the pointless distracting features. You can input your own custom exercises or choose from a vast library of existing ones with photos and instructions to help you do them properly. Simple and effective, amazing app!
