250 gr beras ketan rendam 2-3 jam (me: semalam)
100-150 ml santan sedang
1/2 sdt garam
2 Bahan
150 ml air daun pandan
5 sdm maizena
3 sdm tepung terigu
3 btr telur, kocok lepas
200 ml santan sedang
150 gr gula pasir
Langkah .
Kukus beras ketan selama 10 - 15 menit, angkat lalu masukkan santan dan garam aduk sampai rata.
Siapkan loyang yang sudah dialasi daun pisang / plastik dan diolesi minyak, masukkan ketan kedalam loyang tekan2 supaya permukaannya rata, kukus lagi 20-25 menit
Sambil menunggu ketan dikukus buat srikayanya, campur tepung terigu, maizena, air pandan, santan dan telur yg sudah dikocok lepas aduk sampai rata kemudian disaring
Tuang dalam panci lalu masukkan gula pasir dan nyalakan api kecil masak sampai kental sambil terus diaduk
Setelah ketan sudah dikukus 20-25 menit tuang srikaya diatas ketan lalu ratakan permukaannya dan kukus 25-30 menit (tutup panci dialasi dg serbet ya) tunggu dingin baru keluarkan dari loyang dan potong sesuai selera
