Description
Afin d'améliorer les relations de travail entre employeurs et employés et accroître la création de l'emploi par le secteur privé, le Bénin s'est doté de la loi n°2017 ‐ 05 du 29 août 2017 fixant les conditions et la procédure d'embauche, de placement de la main ‐ d'oeuvre et de résiliation du contrat de travail en République du Bénin.En 64 articles, la loi institue le cadre légal de recrutement, de cessation de contrat, de licenciement et de démission d'un employé vis-à-vis de son employeur.
Désormais, le contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) est renouvelable indéfiniment suivant les dispositions de l'article 13.
