De app OnePharma is een echte apotheek binnen handbereik. Het volstaat om een foto van het voorschrift te nemen, van het product of een tekst in te typen op uwsmartphone en die te sturen naar de apotheek van uw keuze. Deze apotheek moet natuurlijk wel een OnePharma-partner zijn.Zodra de bestelling is verwerkt, krijgt u een bericht ter kennisgeving waarin u wordt meegedeeld dat u de reservatie kan ophalen, mits u het voorschrift meeneemt (voor een voorschriftplichtig geneesmiddelel).
De keuze van berichtgeving kan door de u bepaald worden: mail, SMS, notificatie of telefoon.
Opgelet: De foto van een voorschrift vervangt niet het officiële voorschrift. Het papieren voorschrift is nog steeds vereist bij het afhalen van voorschriftplichtige geneesmiddelen.
